Bare Your Back

Baring one’s back seems like a breeze for most ladies but looking fat is always the common complaints from every lady in the changing room despite how stunning they look in their evening gowns or bare back tops.

Ladies always complaints about their thick layer of fat which they like to call it as “Bra Fat” or  “Back Fat” and even “those horrible wings at my back”. The list of complaints never stops just on their back. It goes to the arms where she will classify them as flabby arms, bat’s arms. Even the bugles around the armpit and the corner of the breasts and the fats that bugles out when wearing those skinny jeans joins the list as well.

What actually are these? According to Brazilian Plastic Surgeon Dr Marco Faria Correa who practises at the Gleneagles and East Shore Medical Centre said that it is actually unwanted fats that have been accumulated also known as lipodystrophy.  Despite having a good and sensible with active lifestyle and vigorous exercise, fat in these areas are commonly accumulated. Despite how skinny or perfect shape the person is, there is always some fat in some area of the body that can be surgically removed with liposuction or liposculpture to have a nice body silluhotte. It also helps to bring back confidence and a beautiful body shape.

Arms – to treat those flabby arms or bat’s wings, Dr Marco suggest for the person to do 2 to 3 sessions of liposuction around the arms to reduce the thickness of the fat layer but only the deep surface, creating a web of collagen deep scars without touching the very superficial layer so that the skin will retract bit by bit, however to achieve a good results, it has to be complemented with a mandatory of work to build arms muscles to create a firm muscle tones on the arms. For those who have very flabby arms, an arm lifting surgery is the best way to tighten the arm but the disadvantage is the long scar.

The fat that is around the armpit and the corner of the breast is a very common problem for most ladies or even men!  This fat can also be due to an extra accessory breast gland. It is an extra breast tissue that grows in the anterior axillar or the front of the armpit. The common way of solving this will, firstly be using small cannular to perform liposuction on these areas to flatten down the area. If the area is still quite thick, an excision of these accessory breast surgeries will be perform and the scar is usually hidden within the crease of the armpit.

The 3rd most complain problem is those bra fat or those horrible wings that are on the back. These area bulges more when a tight bra is worn and creates rolls of fat. According to Dr Marco, this is an area that exercise will not help that much to get rid off the excess bulges. Liposuction is the most frequent treatment for these kinds of deformities. In rare case, we do skin resection.

When skinny and low waist jeans are put on, the next complains comes to the hips known as the love handles as well as those bulges that appear around their lower back also known as the lumbar sacral fats. Even the fatty tissue on the middle upper back which they call it the buffalo hum is also not spared.

With the aid of liposuction, the back of the body can be shaped into a perfect silluhotte and the change can be quite dramatic. The contour of the buttock with the removal of the fat accumulated around the lower back or lumbar sacral area will gives the buttock a more definition.

Dr Marco removes the unwanted fat by lipo-sculpturing it to create the perfect body silluhotte. Most of the time, liposuction of the back is done once if it’s done by an experience doctor. The surgery can be done with a variety of machineries like Hercules, Vaser, Ultrasound assisted liposuction, virbro liposuction or laser lipolysis .Which one is the best? It doesn’t matter the machine but the hands!! How experience and good is the Doctor? Dr Marco adds that choosing the right doctor for the job is of utmost importance and the selection of method is also critical. Should the excess fat is to be used as an autologus fat transfer to the areas like buttocks as a buttock augmentation, or even to the trouble areas for some known as the saggy butt area should be done with the traditional tumescent method or low pressure vacuum machine so that it preserve the lifespan of the fat cells and do not traumatised the fat cells too much. He uses a syringe and inserts the fat in a precise, criss crossing pattern that he said most closely resembles the body’s natural internal structure.

With the gain of removing fat from areas you hate to re-use them in areas that give you the gain of sculpting to a new body is what most desire for. The price tag for removing fats in these areas is largely dependent on the extent of the liposuction needed, starting from $ 8000 to $ 18000. It’s a pretty price to pay for a shapelier posterior. But for many ladies, having a shapely and perfect derriere is a priceless prospect to match the price tag of the evening gowns; this is no doubts about it!
